Payment must be made in advance: We accept Paypal, and Money Orders, and Checks. All checks must
clear the bank before orders can be shipped. The account name for sending payment via Paypal is

Shipping Charges
We are certified shippers through Federal Express. Prices listed on the "Available" pages do not include
shipping charges. We currently charge a flat rate of $ 50.00 for most animal shipments, however, this is
subject to change. If you are purchasing multiple animals please contact me and together we'll work out the
most convenient and cost effective way to ship.
Shipping Methods
All Animals will be shipped Monday through Wednesday via Federal Express Next Day Air Priority for
delivery to your door unless otherwise arranged . Through Priority shipping most shipments are
scheduled to arrive by 10:30 am. For the best well being of the animals , we do always recommend that
you choose to pick up your package at Fedex the morning of arrival so they can avoid being put on a
delivery truck. Together, we will determine a shipping date that is convenient for you to receive the
package. We will e-mail all pertinent tracking information to you on the shipping day.
Alpha Reptiles takes the shipping of our animals very seriously. We guarantee that you will be impressed
with the level of detail that is put into the packaging of each and every animal that we ship. We use a
double-insulated shipping box, a separate interior container for each animal, and any necessary heat or ice
packs. We do not cut corners on any aspect of the shipping.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Every animal offered by Alpha Reptiles is captive-bred. All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed
and healthy. We will not offer any baby snakes until they have shed and are established feeders.
We make every effort to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If for any reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours to arrange a refund, replacement, or credit.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the reason for return is due to a mistake made by Alpha
Reptiles. We must be notified in advance of any and all returns.
Shipping Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival under the following condition: A responsible person is available to receive &
inspect the package on the pre-determined delivery day. If someone is not available to receive the package
as agreed upon, the Live Delivery Guarantee is voided.
Miscellaneous
It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all State, County, and City Ordinances regarding the
ownership of any animal purchased from Alpha Reptiles. We strongly urge anyone considering the
purchase of a live animal to thoroughly research the care requirements for that animal prior to making a
purchase. We are more than happy to offer any assistance that we can regarding the animals featured here
and can provide care sheets to you.
